WHO WE ARE
The precision metal stamping, tool and die making company
PT. HTP Metalworks are located in Pasir Jaya Industrial Estate, Tangerang – Banten, and can be reached within 40 minutes drive from Jakarta. The company was established in 2002, is a subsidiary of HT Presswork Sdn Bhd Malaysia, and specializing in tooling fabrication, manufacturing of Precision Metal Stamping, and Aluminum parts that are used in consumer electronics such as car and home audio, appliance, and automotive. We fabricate tooling in Johor Malaysia.

As in setting up the best Quality Workforce, the company had carefully selected qualified personnel to service the needs of its customers. All were given proper training before they were sent to carry out their tasks.
PREMIUM MATERIAL
Various metal alloys we stamped in our company.
Stainless steel, brass, copper, electro galvanize steel, hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel etc. with thickness ranging from 0.15 mm to 4 mm or more. Our precision metal stamping processes is supported with single and double crank press machines ranging from 25 tons up to 250 tons, capable of running full progressive dies as well as compound tooling.
MAINTENANCE
Good product was produced from machines and equipment with proper conditions for use.
To maintain the dies, our tool room is equipped with precision machines such as surface grinding, milling machine, drilling machine, etc.
Frequent quality check is conducted with the help of inspection equipment ranging from digital caliper to digital profile projector and smart scope.
